Those who appreciate the grilled delicacies for which Fireplace Grill is renowned and Japanese cuisine are in for a treat. For three exclusive nights only, Fireplace Grill at InterContinental Bangkok welcomes special guest chef Kazuo Takagi of two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Kyoryuri Takagi in Kyoto. Chef Takagi will be guest chef at Fireplace Grill each evening from 26 to 28 February 2015. The menus will be complemented with a range of exceptional wines from the award winning Penfolds winery. Chef Takagi’s tasting menus with Penfolds wine paring start from Baht 4,800++ per person.

Diners will be treated to a refined blend of culinary traditions with chef Takagi’s signature dishes including lobster and scallop dressed with dashi jelly and grilled Wagyu beef with Japanese pepper and foie gras kinome dengaku. His exceptional six-course degustation dinner menu will reflect the best seasonal produce and presented in his renowned artistic style.
