A Week in Tuscany

with Chef Alberto

At Fifty Five, Centara Grand at CentralWorld

 

Chef Alberto Bruni from Italy, who is well known among Thai residents, is presenting for five days from 22-27 April at Fifty Five in Centara Grand at CentralWorld a menu of Tuscan cuisine and wine that will include Spaghetti with Canadian lobster and artichoke hearts, Broiled tuna carpaccio on yellow mango and salmon caviar and Trilogy of beef with three condiments and three sauces. Chef Alberto will also be presenting his own selection of salami, prosciutto and Tuscan cheeses.  A wide variety of Tuscany wines will be on offer, ranging from classic Chiantis to the Super Tuscans.

 

Business lunch is priced at B 955 plus service and tax, while dinner is served a la carte. A Tuscan Wine Dinner will be served on 26 April only, at B 2,555 plus service and tax, with dinner beginning at 19:00hrs.
