Red Sky restaurant’s Executive Sous Chef, Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Hugo Coudurier would like to invites you to savour an unforgettable tasting experience which Chef Hugo is truly assiduous creating a special five-course menu. The starter will be served a delicate Figue de Sollies Salad with baby watermelon and Cabeccou goat cheese. This is followed by a classic appetizer of Mediterranean Fish Soup Rouille crouton and Bouchot Mussel. Then Char Grilled Sicilian Octopus Pachino tomato and sweet basil stew. Followed by the tasty main course – an Iberico Bellota Pork Rack Braised radicchio, Rosemary flower. Guests will be ending this aromatic journey with Peach “Melba” Raspberry sauce, Bourbon vanilla ice cream and a choice of coffee or tea.
This delightful, imaginative August Seasonal Tasting Menu is available from now until end of September 2015, and priced at THB 3,255++ per person or pairing with wine at 4,955++ per person which guests are also welcome to try each course on an a la carte basis as well.
Red Sky restaurant on 55th floor, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld is open daily for dinner from 6:00 pm onwards.
