Jojo, The St. Regis Bangkok is pleased to introduce Aperol and Italian tapas-style dishes on the terrace in the evenings, with a highlight on the increasingly popular Aperol Spritz, available every day from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
Refreshing and a perfect companion to Chef Carlo’s new tapas menu, Aperol Spritz – a delightful concoction of Aperol and Prosecco – promises to be, the feel-good hit of the summer!
Tapas menu features Calamari Fritti; Deep fried squid, chili aioli sauce, lemon, Polpettine
Veneziane di Carne -Venetian meatballs, tomato dipping, Baccala Mantecato; White cod
mousse in bread croutons, Carciofini Marinate; Baby artichokes marinated with parsley,
garlic, white wine, Olive Aromatizzate; Mixed olives marinated with fresh herbs, lemon,
fennel seeds and garlic.

About Jojo

Jojo is a distinctly modern restaurant with a large dining room, a 20-seat bar with high tables and stools, and an inviting outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. Lunch offers traditional style Italian fare including fine imported meats and D.O.P. cheeses. Enjoy daily pizzas baked in our wood burning pizza oven. Dinner includes fettuccine alfredo served tableside in a wheel of rare Castelmagno cheese, T-bone beef alla fiorentina, and truffle scallops served with celeriac mash and artichoke chips as well as Martini Tiramisu. Jojo’s extraordinary cuisine is complemented by a well-stocked wine cellar that has been thoughtfully curated with the wine connoisseur in mind.
