To celebrate the Songkran festivities, we have created a unique menu featuring dishes from the four different regions of Thailand, each with its distinctive flavours and levels of spiciness. Specialties such as “Goong Sarong, Gai Go-lae” or crispy Phuket noodle wrapped prawn, Southern style grilled spicy chicken and “Khao Soi Nua, Yum Kanom Jeen” or Northern style eggs noodle curry beef accompanied with vermicelli salad are just some of the highlights that will tantalize your palate at Saffron in April.

Thai Summer Essential (Period: 12-19 April 2014)
It’s summer time once again, cool down in the sultry days with “Khao Chae”Thailand’s classic treat, consisting of Jasmine rice with chilled Jasmine scented water and a selection of traditional condiments. The one of few redeeming qualities of the hot season that Romsai restaurant will be creating, while enjoy extensive range of the authentic Thai cuisine and International Buffet. Available only at lunch and Saturday and Sunday Brunch during 12-19 April.
Priced per person at THB 1,000++ on weekday and THB 1,800++ on the weekend brunch.

Celebrate Easter Sunday with Romsai’s legendary Sunday Brunch Buffet on 20 April, and a variety of traditional delicacies including Roasted Lamb, Foie-Gras, Hot Cross Buns and Garden BBQ just to name a few.
