Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is delighted to welcome Guest Chef Caspar Bork, executive chef of Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol in Jochberg, Austria, for a week long Austrian food promotion at Niche Restaurant & Bar during 11 – 16 May 2015 from 12:00 noon until 22:30.

Sample some of the authentic Austrian dishes attentively selected by Executive Chef Bork, including Bread and Cheese Dumplings with Lamb’s Lettuce and Pumpkin Seed Oil; Tirolean Cheese Soup with Croutons and Lime Oil; Wiener Schnitzel or Breaded Veal Escalope with Fried Potatoes and Blackcurrant Jam; and Thin Pancake Rolls with Stewed Apricot and Chocolate Ice Cream to name a few.

Signature-Dish

Diners will be offered a choice of a la carte or set menu priced from THB 350 for appetizers to THB 1,200 for a four-course set menu, exclusive of government tax and service charge.
