The gifted Austrian chef is a graduate of Hotel and Gastronomy Management in Vienna. Prior to joining the award-winning restaurant, Chef Tobias was Executive Sous Chef at Le Loft Restaurant, Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom where he was responsible for an a la carte menu with the emphasis on Euro-Asian-Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The prestigious venue also offered unique Austrian and French dishes created by three Michelin star Chef Antoine Westermann.
