New Dim Sum Menu
The ancient tradition of Dim Sum has been raised to an art form, at Bai Yun, making it one of the most acclaimed dim sum restaurants in town. Its cuisine, which continues to bring friends and families together at Bai Yun, will be further refined and starting this January, we will present you a new exciting menu of classic Cantonese-style dainty morsels that will add a dash of extra excitement to your meal.

Winter crabs from the Pacific Ocean in and around Japan and the Pacific Islands will take centre stage this January, in Taihei. These crustaceans are so versatile and extreme in flavor that they are suited for any style of cooking, and Chef Masami will be preparing them in different styles. Enjoy them cold as a sashimi, sushi or as a crisp salad, or warm as crispy tempura, or why not grilled on a Teppan with fresh herbs and spices. Pair them with sake from Taihei’s extensive selection for a perfect winter treat worth indulging in.

As we are leaving the holiday season behind, and the hearty meals that came with it, it is now the time to rediscover the pleasure of simple and healthy dining. Taking a fresh look at fresh seafood, Saffron will bring you the ultimate seafood experience, this January, with a menu card featuring a variety of mouth-watering yet healthy creations. Crisp Oyster and Lemongrass Salad, Grilled Scallop Pineapple Curry or a Salmon Ginger Broth Soup are just some of the delicacies not to miss.

To commemorate Australia’s National Day, on 26 January, Romsai’s buffet will be brimming with premium quality Australian produce. Wagyu Beef, Sydney Rock Oyster, and of course the mandatory sweet treats like pavlova and lamingtons, are just examples of the tasty Aussie delicacies you will be able to enjoy at Romsai during 25-29 January.
