Big splash for 2015 at Up & Above with ‘Making Waves’ Saturday brunch

Up & Above restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is again setting new standards with its new Making Waves Saturday brunch featuring Thailand’s freshest, finest seafood and shellfish – including the nation’s favourite Ayutthaya giant river prawns.

The market-style buffet presentation with à la carte options comprises live station food huts and an extensive choice of dishes cooked to order. The range of flavours is equally impressive with Japanese, Chinese and the Middle East influences complementing the classic Thai dishes.

“This is a fresh new look for 2015 at Up & Above restaurant and it’s a really exciting way to present Thailand’s best seafood and shellfish. We are sourcing the very best products from local markets in provinces throughout Thailand. We have extended the brunch from 12 noon until 4:00 pm and this gives diners more than enough time to enjoy the fantastic selection of buffet and à la carte dishes,” explains Culinary Director Thomas Jakobi.

‘Making Waves’ Saturday brunch will be available every Saturdays from 12 noon until 4:00 pm starting from 10 January 2015. Priced at Baht 1,950++ per person food only and Baht 2,650++ per person with selected free-flow wine, local beers and cocktails.
