Blue Elephant creates tantalizing Blue Magic menu to welcome 2013

Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe of Blue Elephant collection of 11 restaurants around the world has waved her magic wand again to conjure up one of the most creative and tantalizing New Year Eve’s menu you can imagine by using the freshest ingredients and products from the Royal Project.

Called “Blue Magic”, the menu consists of Eryngi Salad, Turmeric Chicken Stew, Foir Gras Strawberry, Phad Chaa Snow Fish, Sugar Cane Rosemary Lamb Chop and Forgotten Husband Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves to name some of the delectable selections available, to ensure magical memories in welcoming in the New Year!   Cost per person is Baht 3,850++ or Baht 4,450++ plus a glass of Champagne.

A live solo saxophone at your table will enhance the atmosphere, and a traditional “Pong Lang” will usher in the New Year.

All diners will receive a photo souvenir, and have an opportunity to win the lucky draw for a return business class ticket Bangkok-Paris sponsored by Thai Airways International with a complementary dinner for two at Blue Elephant Paris valued at over Baht 200,000.
