Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, Ambassador to the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer (QSCBC), has created a special five-course menu entitled ‘Health & Beauty’ to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In order to enhance a healthy glow and wellness Chef Nooror has integrated 70% certified organic herbs, vegetables and ingredients from “Surakij Farm” into every dish of this tantalizing menu.
Fresh, organic ingredients such as Bai Tong Lang, Wagyu Beef and Prawns have been used to conjure up a delicious series of innovative dishes such as Southern Sea Bass Salad, Egg Custard with Salmon, Grilled Wagyu Beef & Yard-Long Beans Salad and Spicy Almond Prawns.
The ‘Health & Beauty’ menu, priced at Baht 1,980++ per person, will be available for lunch and dinner throughout the month of October. A percentage of proceeds from the sales of this menu will be donated to the Queen Sirikit Center for Breast Cancer (QSCBC).
