Christmas Dinner Menu including Maine lobster and heart of palm carpaccio served with sweet potatoes and lime rouille; Foie gras royale with gac fruit chutney and almonds; Pan-seared scallops served with “cul noir” pork ravioli and truffles; Fillet of venison with glazed chestnuts, beetroot jelly and poivrade sauce; Green apple spike and A sweet Christmas tree.

  • The 7-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner is priced at THB 3,399 net per person including a glass of sparkling wine.
