Over the three days of The St. Regis Bangkok Chinese New Year celebrations, Chef de Cuisine Cassidy Shen is preparing both an interactive lunch buffet and a decadent set dinner menu. Highlights of the set dinner menu include delicious Lo Hei Yu Sheng and delectable slow-braised abalone, while the interactive lunch features, among the festive treats, a long-life noodle station, flavourful dim sum, succulent Trang pork and classic Peking duck with Mandarin pancakes. To enhance the experience further, à la carte options are also available.

Delight in a hypnotic Chinese dragon show, lion dance and New Year blessing, at 1.00pm, in the VIU foyer area, on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, and receive an Ang Pao card, to carry good fortune into the next twelve months.
