Join us for an intimate evening and savor a sumptuous six-course dinner specially created by our chefs paired with bottles from leading French vintages such as Slipper Crab Cannelloni, paired with Montaudon Brut Reserve Premiere, Champagne-Reims; Australian Lamb Loin Wellington Style, paired with 2010 Les Hauts de Lynch-Moussas, Haut-Medoc; Wagyu Flank Sliced, Deep-fried Chickpea Panisse, Broil Cherry Tomatoes and Balsamic Red Wine Sauce, paired with 2006 Château Lynch Bages, 5eme Grand Cru Classe, Pauillac; and Crispy Meringue with Lime Filling, Fresh Strawberry and Wine Jelly, paired with 2010 Château Lamothe Guignard, 2eme Cru Classe, Sauternes.

Champagne & Wine Dinner will be available to delight diners for one night only on 1st June 2016 from 18:30 hrs at Hamilton’s Steak House. Price is at THB 4,500++ per person and THB 3,800++ for Dusit Wine & Dine members.
