Rohit Sachdev, Managing Director of Soho Hospitality, together with celebrity mixologist Joseph Boroski, hosted “A Mixology Event With Joseph Boroski” at Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology. Supported by Bacardi Thailand, Boroski (the “Mixsultant”) presented five extraordinary cocktails he created for Charcoal, after scouring exotic locales throughout India to obtain the rare ingredients. Special cocktails included New Delhi Duty Free, Mystic Tea Pot, Festival of Colours, B&B Bangalore Co. LTD and 1947: Independence, using Bacardi Eight as a base for each drink (all of these five drinks are features of the highly unique Charcoal Mixology menu).
As a former New Yorker and currently Thailand’s star mixologist, Boroski is known for his work behind some of Bangkok’s most famous five-star bars. Charcoal has been fortunate enough to have Boroski accompany Managing Director, Rohit Sachdev, to travel far and wide in India through the local spice markets in pursuit of the perfect spices that make up Charcoal’s current extensive Indian spice-infused cocktail list.
