Executive Chef Philippe has expertly paired a 5-course set menu with renowned wines of France from Rhône Valley in on a “Châteauneuf du Pape Wine Dinner” on Friday, January 24, 2014, Baht 3,900 ++ per person at RR&B restaurant, 31st floor at The Landmark Bangkok.
The wine dinner will be started with canapé at The Bar and then go onto the first appetizer with Tuna fillet on pork hure terrine, Tonnato sauce. The next delicacy is Pan fried Rougie duck foie gras endive green apple and walnut salad, berries sauce and follow with Paolo Parisi egg Meurette champignon duxelles, dried pancetta. Then taste Roasted Australia sirloin braised oxtail and red onion compote taro fritter, sautéed celeriac, thyme beef jus.
The elegant dinner will be end up with delightful dessert Baba Cube Cocktail Caperigna strawberry, pineapple candied green lemon and sorbet coconut.
