With New York iconic legends, extravagant celebrity dresses, socialites and discerning media, this luxury exclusive event entails a grand evening of glamour and lavish in couture and fine dining with fine drinks inspired by Chivas Regal to the buds. With JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok’s Executive Chef Michael Hogan working closely with amazing mixologist Mr. Will, they married the art dining and beverage into an envious lifestyle. Guests enjoyed smoked barron point oysters, mushroom vol-au-vent, Japanese Hokkaido Beef Burger with miso gravy and cured scallop with cured lemon and lime bitters. For the main act, New York’s artisan claypot-baked bread served with Manhattan clam chowder, Atlantic salmon cured in lemongrass sugar, US CAB Prime Beef tenderloin or choice of Black pepper crusted Snowfish and the grand finale with Golden s Smoked Valrhona flowerless chocolate cake. All dishes were paired perfectly with Chivas Regal cocktail creations by mixologist Mr. Will. A celebration isn’t complete without entertainment. Gracing the event, jazz singer and extraordinaire Richard Jackson exudes his musical styling during dinner together with show. An after party followed after at the Manhattan Bar with well-known local DJ to spin the ladies and gents all through the night as another remarkable and unforgettable experience.
