Executive Chef Pierre Andre Hauss at have prepared a special Christmas feast that offers not only the traditional cuisine like turkey but also fresh seafood as well as Japanese cuisine.
We recently checked out the sample menu before the actual launched of this special Christmas theme feast.
Fresh seafood such as New Zealand mussels, fresh oysters, smoked salmon, Alaskan King crab legs, luscious foie Gras with raspberry sauceare some of items you will surely enjoy.
My favorite would have to be the turkey. The chef roasted a real tender turkey with a caramelized skin. It comes with all the stuffing’s, giblets,chestnut and brussel sprouts to go on the side.
Traditional Christmas desserts as well as a variety of ice cream and cakes. At the end there is even a glu wine with a varieties of nuts.
