A Spanish national, Chef Bruno has an impressive culinary pedigree that includes working in Michelin starred restaurants such as L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Michel Roux Jr’s legendary Le Gavroche in London. Chef Bruno is a graduate of the Hoffman School of Culinary Art in Barcelona, Spain. A passionate and highly skilled chef, he looks forward to ensuring that diners at Conrad Bangkok enjoy a unique gastronomic experience.
