Native to the ancient culinary art of Tuscany, Costata Steak is a prime cut of beef with a distinctive taste and texture. To ensure the flavors and softness of the meat, the whole loin is hanged and aged between 15 and 21 days. Here, at La Tavola &Wine Bar, as to preserve the traditional culinary art, the steak is cut to 1.5 inches thick before cooked to perfection and can be enjoyed with a glass of fine wine. Delizioso!
