Delicious Weekday Lunch at Hamilton’s Steak House

Dusit Thani Bangkok’s marvelous NY-style steak house Hamilton’s has just revealed details of a new Special Set Lunch Menu that offers a rotating selection of dishes in 2- or 3-course combinations every day, from Monday through Friday.


Lunchtime diners can enjoy starters such as Smoked Beetroot Salad with Feta Cheese and Shaved Pear, Soft-shell Crab Salad or Sweet Corn Soup with Lobster Chunks and Croutons. Main options range from Roasted Australian Lamb Rump served with Potatoes Gratin and Rosemary Sauce, Pan-fried John Dory Fillet with Asparagus and Brocoletti in a Saffron Sauce, Maple and Mustard Glazed Roast Ham served with Macaroni and Cheese, or Almond Crusted Sea Bass with Sautéed Needle Beans and Baked Potato.


Decadent dessert options for those who opt for a 3-course meal include favorites such as Warm American Brownie with a Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich, Fresh Cream and Toffee Sauce, Philadelphia Baked Cheesecake served with Berry Sauce and Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream; or Chocolate Tart served with Cream Chantilly and Hazelnut Sauce.


The changing menu selections at Hamilton’s Steak House are available Monday through Friday and are priced at THB 750++ for a 2-course menu or THB 950++ for the 3-course option.
