The three course menu the wines have been deemed to complement outstandingly offers two choices for each course. The meal begins with an appetizer choice of Sea bass Carpaccio, beetroot, asparagus and pickled radish OR Clear spiced duck broth with cappelletti pasta and chives. Main course choices range Wild caught banana shrimp in shellfish sauce, stewed leek and baby vegetables OR Grilled lamb rack, thyme reduction, roasted squash and purple carrot. And for dessert: Mulled winter fruits, mini rhum baba and Tahiti vanilla ice cream OR Milk chocolate cannelloni with textures of pistachio and orange.
The whole tasting and dinner is enticingly priced at only THB 2,100 net per person, including the wine tasting, dinner and a complimentary bottle of wine for two paying guests.
