Throughout March and April Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn will be presenting a true trove of enticing ocean treasures at The Glass House Restaurant on the 5th floor.
At our “Ocean Treasures” promotion guests will be able to indulge in their favorite “fruits de mer” prepared in a delectable variety of ways including divinely rich Oyster Rockefeller, oysters breaded with Japanese panko breadcrumbs, mussels baked with spinach and cheese, Louisiana gumbo-style oysters with smoked sausage and potato, a la minute Spaghetti alle Vongole and freshly cooked mussels and clams with white wine and herbs.
And for those who prefer their seafood a bit more “au naturel” we will be offering a wide selection of the finest crop the ocean can deliver such as French Fine De Claire Oysters, Australian Black Mussels and New Zealand Diamond Clams all nestling on a bed of ice.
Available throughout March and April 2013 on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Priced at THB 1,399 ++ per person.
Children under 16 years old receive a 50% discount.
