The first in the duet is the Grilled Master Kobe sirloin 10+ which will melt in your mouth once the first bite is taken. The second part is the 24 hour slow braised short rib 6+. The rib is tender and tasty goes well with the sauce which is seasoned to the palate. To compliment the dish, Chef Leslie gives a little kick by putting foie gras croutons. The taste of the foie gras dissolves the fattening taste in your mouth while increases your appetite. The garnish of the dish is the garlic mashed potato which is very soft and smooth that you can just swallow. Moreover, Chef also prepares carrot fondant and crispy onions for the vegetable lovers.
