EASTER DINING AT L’APPART, SOFITEL BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT
SAVOUR CHEF JEREMY’S SPECIAL MENU

Celebrate Easter at our chic rooftop dining venue, L’Appart on Sunday 31st March. Culinary maestro, Chef Jeremy Tourret has created a special menu to ensure an unforgettable night of fine dining.

The evening will begin with his delightful amuse bouche of scrambled eggs surprise, smoked salmon and Avruga caviar. Diners will enjoy a starter of crispy frog legs, parsley and garlic cream, f

ollowed by a palate cleansing vanilla Granny Smith and vodka espumac granite.  A highlight of the evening will be Chef Jeremy’s succulent quail stuffed with foie gras, mushroom fricassée

and poultry juice. The decadent dish will be followed by a warm goat cheese cigar served with fig chutney, young mixed green salad and walnut chips.          

The gourmet experience will end will an irresistible dessert of egg chocolate, apricot and tonka bean.

Chef Jeremy’s special Easter menu is just menu for Baht 3,999 ++ per person.
