Elements Introduces the Artisanal Touch with Multi-Course Takumi Menus

Deep culinary flavours abound at The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Michelin-starred Elements restaurant, where set menus come alive with premium seasonal produce prepared in style with Japanese twists. The 6-course Ta-Ke menu and the 7-course Matsu menu comprise dishes featuring ingredients supplied by artisans who have a deep appreciation of the traditional ways of growing the top quality produce used to create exceptional cuisine. The menus include a myriad of Japanese seafood specialties such as toro tuna served with oysters, pickles and dashi, dishes of seabass, cod and tuna, Hokkaido scallops with watercress, Ikura and dill and langoustine with kurobuta pork belly, carrots and Japanese curry. Star of the show on both menus is a delicious dish of succulent Japanese Wagyu (A3), which can be ordered as an alternative with supplement charge of Baht 800++, to local organic duck or short rib Matsuba.
