Flambé Wine Pairing Dinner – Saturday 21 June

Enjoy an exquisitely created 4-course French menu by Executive Chef Nattakit complete with accompanying Georges Duboeuf Wine pairings for one evening only from 18.00 hours onwards at  THB3000 NETT/person.

The menu consists of mouthwatering dishes including Garlic Snails and wild mushrooms Flambe in Per Nod, fillet steak Diane flambé in cognac with onion and mushroom sauce, salmon supreme flambé in vodka on artichoke and shitake risotto with a caviar butter sauce, and other delicacies sure to please the palate, paired with accompanying wine selections including Duboeuf Suvignon Blanc VDP Val de Loire, Duboeuf Domaine Chenvierer Macon Villages AOC, Duboeuf Domaine des Rosiers Moulin A Vent AOC, and other preferred choices.
