Chef Tussanee Putkaew of Salathip Thai Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok presents flavourful Thai cuisine by applying the science of Thai elements to create signature dishes, available from 5 to 30 June 2013.

As health and diet go hand-in-hand, Chef Tussanee recommends different types of food with nutritious recipes to suit different star signs.

 Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn:   Receive life energy through the green life rising from Mother Earth

Earth Menu:        Wok-Fried Organic Vegetables from the Royal Project

Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces:  Flow with the current of the sea

Water Menu:       Ocean Prawns in Wonton with a Lemon Grass-Scented Broth Roulade of Sea Bass and Salmon Thai Shoyu, Ginger and Black Mushrooms

Gemini, Libra, Aquarius:           Fly away for a new adventure through the taste of the wind

Wind Menu:         Crispy Fried Duck Curry with Lychee

Aries, Sagittarius, Leo:   Burn with hidden desire for a flavour of dangerous flames

Fire Menu:           Crispy Salmon with Green Mango, Shredded Granny Smith Apple, Peanuts, Cashew and Sun-Dried Chilli

Diners can indulge in the Flavours of Thai Elements from 6:30pm to 10:30pm and enjoy live traditional dance performances from 7:45pm at Salathip.
