Take a tour of Spain (and around the Med) with UNO MAS’s new six-course Seasonal Tasting Menu!

UNO MAS restaurant has just rolled out a brand new “Chef’s Seasonal Tasting Menu”, bringing some of the finest and freshest flavors from Spain and the Mediterranean to your table in Bangkok.

Available exclusively at our 54th floor rooftop location at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, this six-course menu has been created to find the perfect balance between the authentic, home-cooked style dishes (that anybody who has ever visited Spain will be familiar with), together with more some innovate Mediterranean twists that showcase our chef’s creative flair.

Such highlights include a risotto-style creamy ‘bomba rice’ with Pyrenees wild mushrooms, a pan-fried ‘wild turbot’ served with seasonal porcini and Joselito broth, as well as ‘Rubia Gallega rib-eye steak’ (imported straight from Spain), served with potato mille-feuille, piquillo pepper, black garlic and garlic purée.

Of course, dessert is served before you head down on the elevator (or up to one of the hotel’s other rooftop bars), in the form of ‘Basque Country traditional cheesecake’ with Canary Islands fig jam.

with an additional wine pairing to go with each course costing THB 1,290++ on top.
