Red Sky is kicking off the Thai New Year in style, with a brand new Tasting Menu throughout May to June 2018 priced at just THB 2,955++ per person and an optional wine pairing (plus THB 1,999++).

Incorporating four memorable courses created by acclaimed Chef Christian Ham and his team, this luxurious menu can be enjoyed either in our air-conditioned restaurant or outside on our breezy 55th-floor deck of Centara Grand at CentralWorld (underneath Red Sky’s iconic glowing arch).

02 Red Sky Tasting Menu - White German Asparagus, Served “Meunière”, “Hollandaise” or “Mimosa”

The tasting menu features a fusion of premium imported ingredients to create a contemporary international dining experience like no other in Bangkok. Start with a light and fresh lobster salad “a la Parisienne”, followed by white German asparagus served three different ways.

Amongst the main courses to select you definitely cannot resist the two of our chef’s signatures, namely pan seared snow fish with mini Ratatouille salad crunchy fennel and lemon butter sauce. Or savor the authentic taste of beef tenderloin and beef cheek, which is served with a tomato confit, olives, capers and basil mash potatoes, and for afters, finish your meal with white peach crème brûlée.
