There are six different ways of preparing the river prawns to choose from: spicy lemon grass soup, steamed with chilli lemon sauce, fried river prawn with curry or tamarind sauce, deep fried with garlic and pepper, baked in clay pot and charcoal-grilled in banana leaf. The Fresh River Prawn promotion is available daily from 6.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. at Flare restaurant which offer quality fresh seafood matched with an extensive selection of fine wines.
Priced at THB 1,200 nett per portion of 1 kilogram, guests may to take their pick of up to two preferred cooking methods. Price is inclusive of prevailing government taxes and service charge.
