Savour such toothsome + nutritious Alaskan Seafood temptations as Sockeye Salmon / Keta Salmon / Black Cod, Alaskan Scallop and Alaskan Crab Meat. All added to the buffet lines at Latest Recipe (Floor 02).

Highlight daily rotation dishes include Cured Keta Salmon 03 ways, Keta + Black Cod Nigiri Sushi,  Alaskan Sockeye Salmon served with Avocado Pudding, Roasted Alaskan Black Cod with Champignon / Asparagus / Mustard dressing, Tartare of Alaskan Scallops, Alaskan Salmon Miso soup with Sea Urchin Custard, Alaskan King Crab Ravioli, and more.
