Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’s Le Normandie is delighted to feature a selection of game specialties during the hunting season to enhance your dinner experience.

Come and try a very special game dishes, created by Le Normandie’s own chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier including ; Soupe de faisan parfumee a la truffe, celeri branche et muscade (Velvety peasant with black truffles flavor, celery and nutmeg), Terrine de gibiers et foie gras, confit de fruits exotiques, salade a l’ huile de noix (Game and foie gras terrine, exotic truit jam, fresh salad with walnut oil), Perdreau roti, pommes confites, cassis et puree de poivrons (Roasted partridge, candied apple, blackcurrants and bell pepper puree) and Selle de chevreuil au sautoir, salsifis au jus, figues et citron vert (Roasted venison saddle, salsify, figs and lime).
