Up & Above restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok presents a very special dinner on Wednesday 20th November 2013 featuring wines produced in the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. The five-course set menu is paired with fine wines selected by hotel Sommelier Marc Bittner from the Dog Point vineyard in New Zealand.“The wines include a 2009 Pinot Noir that complements perfectly glazed veal shank with mitsuba mash, lime zests, carrots and shaved jamon Iberico. These wines are an exceptional example of the quality that we have come to expect from vineyards in the Marlborough region of New Zealand,” says Marc Bittner. “The well-balanced and highly creative menu also features calamari, langoustines and pork belly.”

The Dog Point wine dinner is priced at Baht 2,990 ++.
