• Ocean Trout Sashimi – chilled raw ocean trout, yuzu infused truffle oil, chilled angel hair, salmon roe
• Portobello Mushroom – baked, topped with mozzarella chesses & black truffle cream, shaved black truffles, mixed leaf salad
• San Daniele Ham – mixed leaf salad, marinated mushroom & capsicum, sun dried tomato, toasted pie nut, persian goat cheese, honey-red wine vinaigrette
• Japanese Pumpkin Soup – toasted pine nuts
• Onion Soup – french bread & mozzarella cheese gratin


• Clams – white wine, garlic, chili, herbs, spaghetti
• Crab Meat Ravioli – spicy tomato-basil sauce
• Beef Tenderloin – bolognese sauce, spaghetti
• Italian Sausage – white wine, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, angel hair


• Ahi Tuna – seared sesame crust ahi tuna, napa cabbage & enoki mushroom salad, japanese inaigrette & spicy carrot purée
• Sole – seared, sautéed spinach, boiled potato, lemon-caper-white wine sauce
• Baby Chicken – oven roasted, sautéed potato & mushroom, rosemary-red wine sauce
• Oxtail Stew – braised in red wine, mash potato, boiled vegetables
• Duck Confit – sautéed spinach & rocket, apple-raisin chutney, orange-white balsamic sauce

• Crepe Cover – vanilla ice cream, raspberry reduction
