HAUTE CUISINE FROM THE BLACK FOREST IN SOUTHERN GERMANY ON DISPLAY AT VERTIGO RESTAURANT, BANYAN TREE BANGKOK

This exclusive nine-day promotion begins from 21 February until 1 March 2013. Chef Florian Stolte, Head Chef and his culinary team at the decorated Traube Tonbach Hotel in Southern Germany, the holder of 3-Michelin starred restaurant and one of the renowned top ten addresses in Europe to dine, will showcase epicurean delights from the hideaway in the midst of the German Black Forest. The team returns to Banyan Tree Bangkok and invites guests to discover the treasures prepared by German’s leading culinary experts, exclusively at Vertigo Restaurant.

Choose to dine from three-course set dinner or four-course set dinner menu which features appetizer such as Medallions of Maine Lobster, Cauliflower and Lobster Sauce and main course Tranche of US Angus Beef Strip Loin, Roasted Goose Liver, Celery Puree and Truffle Sauce and dessert Delice of Guanuja Chocolate, Passion Fruit, Sour Cream Ice. A vegetarian four-course set dinner is also available.  Prices start from THB 2,700++ per person excluding wine and THB 3,800 with wine pairing for each course.
