In May and June guests of Attico can enjoy fine Cinta Senese pork as part of a special dinner menu. Dishes include:
§ Salsiccia e Fagioli al Uccelletto: home-made pork sausage with white bean stew in tomato sauce.
§ Spiedini di Cinta Senesee Crostini al Cavolo Nero: grilled pork served with black kale and ricotta crostini.
§ Stracotto al Chianti: slow-braised pork shoulder in chianti wine Tuscan-style with potatoes and rosemary.
§ Braciola Ripena: stuffed pork chop with porcini mushrooms and winter black truffle.
While vegetarian options may seem unlikely, the menu in fact includes non-meat specialties, each with a similarly Tuscan flair.
