Tuscan-inspired, award winning rooftop Italian restaurant; Attico presents a new dinner menu highlighting one of Italy’s finest foods, Cinta Senese pork from Tuscany.  Available until 30 June 2016.Attico-TerraceAn origin-protected breed, Cinta Senese is raised in free-range conditions with the animal’s feed consisting exclusively of natural grazing and non-GM cereals. Adding to the exclusivity, only a few dozen farmers in Italy are certified to raise Cinta Senese. Such protection and control ensure all produce yields the exceptionally tender and flavorful meat for which the breed is known.

In May and June guests of Attico can enjoy fine Cinta Senese pork as part of a special dinner menu. Dishes include:

§  Salsiccia e Fagioli al Uccelletto: home-made pork sausage with white bean stew in tomato sauce.

§  Spiedini di Cinta Senesee Crostini al Cavolo Nero: grilled pork served with black kale and ricotta crostini.

§  Stracotto al Chianti: slow-braised pork shoulder in chianti wine Tuscan-style with potatoes and rosemary.

§  Braciola Ripena: stuffed pork chop with porcini mushrooms and winter black truffle.

While vegetarian options may seem unlikely, the menu in fact includes non-meat specialties, each with a similarly Tuscan flair.

Enjoy the tastes of Tuscany and Cinta Senese pork from 1 May to 30 June 2016. Menu available for dinner only.  Attico on the 28th floor of Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok offers superb views as well as a convenient location at Asok junction near the city’s BTS and MRT transport systems.
