Hilton Pattaya Presents Fresh Black Crab at Flare Restaurant

Hilton Pattaya today announced its latest live seafood promotion at Flare Thai Cuisine offering a black crab menu throughout this November and December. Guests can select and enjoy this crustacean prepared in the style they prefer.

There are six different ways of preparing the black crab to choose from: spicy lemon grass soup, grilled or steamed serve with seafood dipping sauce, fried black crab with curry powder sauce, deep fried with garlic and pepper, and baked black crab with glass noodle.

The black crab promotion is available daily from 6 -11:30 p.m. at Flare restaurant which offers quality fresh seafood matched with an extensive selection of fine wines. Priced at THB 1,200 nett per portion of 1 kilogram, guests may take their pick of up to two preferred cooking methods. Price is inclusive of prevailing government taxes and service charge.
