Restaurant chef Chu Puttipong offers six different styles of preparing the lobster – spicy lemon grass soup with lobster, steamed lobster with chilli lemon sauce, fried lobster with curry or tamarind sauce, deep fried lobster with garlic and pepper, baked lobster in clay pot or charcoal grill lobster wrap in banana leaf. For each lobster, guests may take their pick of two preferred preparations. The Phuket Lobster is part of a set menu that includes a wide selection of dishes and it is priced at only THB 1,200 per portion of 400 grams.
