Chef Roy is ready to lead IMPACT chefs to success and help the company to gain a leading position in food and beverage services as well as maintain the quality in accordance with the ISO 22000 international standard for food safety management systems of which IMPACT was the first MICE operator in Thailand to be certified to the standard in order to ensure that customers are provided with best possible services and keep them satisfied every time they visit IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.Chef Roy has over 30 years of international experience in the culinary industry and great expertise in management and counseling. He worked with many 5-star hotels , prestige clubs, spas and airline catering. Such as The Royal Holiday Inn, The Dynasty Hotel, Shangri- La Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa, The Meridien Orchard Hotel ,The Tanglin Club and The Cricket Club, TRIA integrated wellness (Bangkok). For the past decade , he have move into the airline catering industry working with providers like Macro-Asia Sats in Manila, Guangzhou Nanland Servair Catering in China and LSG Sky Chefs in Kazakhstan. In addition, Chef Roy specializes in European and Singaporean dishes. He has received many awards from numerous international culinary competitions. Chef Roy pays careful attention to every step of cooking, use only the best ingredients, and cares for his subordinates. He is determined to bring success to IMPACT’s Kitchen Department and the company as a whole.
