Highlights from the Antipasti Lunch Buffet include the Tuna Tartar, Beef carpaccio rocket and parmesan, Marinated Artichoke, Prawn in cocktail sauces, Smoked Salmon, Polenta with cod fish mousse, home-made ravioli and spaghetti cream sauce, Taleggio, Toma Piemontese and Parmesan Cheese, salads with fresh leaves, cold cuts, a choice of pizza or homemade pasta, fresh fruit and soft drink.

Chef Stefano has also created an appealing lunch a la carte menu for Jojo using seasonal produce from the finest purveyors all over Italy, His personal recommendations include the Tomato ‘Passata’ and Burrata Cheese Spaghetti, the Korobuta Pork Loin, the Braised Veal Cheeks or the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder. These main courses start from THB360++. According to Chef Stefano, “Offering an exceptional array of both traditional and contemporary dishes, the new menu reflects the colorful flavors and plentiful nature of Italian dining in the elegant contemporary surroundings of Jojo”.
Chef de Cuisine, Stefano Merlo’s biography
Chef Stefano brings more than 20 years of international experience in his role as the Chef De Cuisine. He hails from the historic city of Padua in northern Italy where he spent the formative years of his career mastering his native cuisine in native city Padua. His desire for new challenges then led him to Tokyo and the celebrated restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri a Relais & Chateaux. Regarded as one of the finest Italian restaurants in Japan, Chef Stefano worked alongside respected Head Chef, Toshikazu Tsuji. Returning to Italy, he joined the team at Le Calandre, a three-star Michelin restaurant regarded as one of the finest dining experiences in Italy. He has also collaborated closely with Michelin starred Chef Alfredo Russo from “Dolce Stil Novo” restaurant in Turin.
Apart from Japan, his culinary footprints outside Italy also extend to Australia, Portugal and Thailand where he has worked with highly distinguished executive chefs within award-winning restaurants and five-star hotels.
