Tapas Y Vino in association with Lambloch Estate will be presenting “Lambloch Winemaker Dinner” on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. A 6-course Spanish delicacy will be paired with a selection of Lambloch wines. A few dishes specially created by resident chef Joan Tanya include of the following: Cep marinated salmon dice, mushrooms vinaigrette; Pan seared seabass with Catalan potato, cabbage and demi-glace and Grandma’s duck legs stew.

With his passion and unrivalled experience in wine tasting, Hassene will be delighted to give further details of Lambloch wines and the perfect marriage to Spanish cuisine during the evening.
