Master Chef Dinner

Grand Millennium Sukhumvit will organize a one night event where the hotel’s four Master Chefs joining hands in creating a 4-course dinner including free flow of house wines on Friday, 19 July at Tapas Y Vino from 19:00 hrs onwards.

Embark on an exciting culinary journey as you enjoy an ultimate dining experience. Each Master Chef will be showcasing his very own creation starting from French cuisine by Executive Chef Pierre Andre Hauss “Double boiled beef consommé, black Truffle, gold leaf Royale” following by Spanish cuisine by Master Chef Joan Tanya Dot “Imported Spanish hake fish, morels cauliflower puree, caramelized onion” to Indian cuisine by Master Chef Saravanan Subramani “Oven baked Himalayan style rack of lamb coriander cumin tapioca mash” and Pastry by Chef Suchard Watjarasit “Saffron and chocolate mousse, fleur de sel caramel sauce” included free flow of red & white wines.
