Dusit Thani Bangkok is delighted to announce news that legendary renowned Chef Alberto Ciarla will make a special guest appearance in the kitchens of their innovative Italian restaurant il cielo from 21st – 30th June 2013 during the Ciarla Food Festival at il cielo.
Chef Alberto’s restaurant “Alberto Ciarla”, located on Piazza San Cosimato in Rome, is one of only a handful of restaurants in the world to have been recognized by both Michelin and Gault Millau, and is regularly touted as one of the finest seafood restaurants in the world.
Chef Alberto’s irresistible menu will feature an array of outstanding Italian dishes using the finest authentic ingredients and fresh seafood such as the Chef’s signature pasta dishes Spaghetti alla Vongole (spaghetti tossed with Manila clams and white wine sauce); and Tagliolino al Tonno (tagliolino with yellow tail tuna, fresh tomatoes and capers).
Seafood lovers will be enchanted by Chef Alberto’s Saltimbocca alla Romana (red grouper saltimbocca, sage Parma ham and white wine sauce) and the spectacular Coda di Rospo alla Vaccinara (monk fish prepared “Vaccinara” style tomato sauce).
Chef Alberto will be delighting the diners of Bangkok from 21st – 30th June only at Dusit Thani Bangkok’s il cielo Italian restaurant.
