Michelin star chef Heiko Antoniewicz cooks exclusively for lunch and dinner guests at Elements from 7 to 11 October 2014. Elements is the home of modern, international cuisine at The Okura Prestige Bangkok.

 “Chef Heiko Antoniewicz is known throughout the world for his use of molecular cuisine to create innovative dishes. We are delighted to welcome such a passionate visionary,” says Thomas Jakobi, Culinary Director at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. “He enjoys an outstanding reputation as a tutor in Europe and Asia, characterised by a very high transfer of knowledge. His enthusiasm is catching and he infects his students with his passion for cooking.” Heiko Antoniewicz is also well known for stretching the boundaries of conventional culinary art. His position as Managing Director of Antoniewicz GmbH enables him to share his skills, knowledge and innovative culinary concepts with a very broad international audience.

Chef Heiko Antoniewicz has devised a set lunch menu priced at Baht 1,800++. The set dinner, priced at Baht 4,800 ++, includes Scottish smoked salmon; essence of heirloom tomatoes with Brittany lobster, and diver scallops. The main course choices are top blade Wagyu beef and line-caught loup de mer. Chef Heiko’s amazing presentation concludes with his own very special carrot cake tinged with orange and curry that will delight the taste buds.

Elements is located on the 25th Floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The special set menus by Chef Heiko Antoniewicz are available for lunch and dinner from 12 noon to 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
