Bangkok – 27 February 2018, Recently rewarded with a “Michelin Plate” in the first Michelin Guide to Bangkok, The Reflexions restaurant invites epicureans to explore unlimited a la carte creations from its New Social Saturday Brunch menu, passionately curated by Chef Roxanne Lange and team, as fleet-fingered French pianist Jean Francois fills the air with enchanting melodies accompanied by the soothing vocals of new talent in-house singer Ms. Mashima Meebamroong (Ms. Kimiko from The Voice Thailand Season 5).

With more than 18 years of first-rate culinary experience mostly in Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef De Cuisine Roxanne Lange, is renowned for her fresh interpretations of modern French cuisine prepared to impeccable standards and her signature originality. Explore at least 27 a la minute dishes that reflect The Reflexions well-recognized culinary virtuosity.

 

Savor King crab with guacamole, popcorn and tom yum; Gambero Rosso with calamansi and yellow curry; Luke warm oyster with spinach, saffron sauce and Tzar Caviar; Crème brûlée foie gras with red berry; Hokkaido Scallop with black winter truffle and cauliflower; Wagyu striploin with Jerusalem artichoke and red wine sauce; finest cheeses; Cranberry mousse, milk Panna cotta, honey and many more.
