“Director of F&B” and “Executive Chef”
Pinit Krisanavanit, General Manager of Mode Sathorn Hotel Managed by Siam@Siam, the first fashionable lifestyle hotel in Bangkok has appointed Tawee Thongchai as the Director of Food & Beverage and Maillard Christophe as the hotel’s Executive Chef.
Tawee Thongchai is a specialist of Food & Beverage management who has an extensive experience more than 25 years in the hospitality industry. He has proven ability to create outlets concepts, standards, pricing-structures and other essential elements. Prior to his appointment, he was the F&B manager at other leading hotels & resorts in Thailand and overseas including Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Dusit Dubai Hotel in UAE, The Greenery Resort Khao Yai, The Avari Towers Karachi in Pakistan and the Group Director of F&B at King Park Avenue Hotel.
Maillard Christophe is a French chef who designed all menus as the master pieces of art. In his 31 years in the culinary industry, he has worked at many famous restaurants and leading hotels including La Palme d’or restaurant (2 stars Michelin) at Martinez Hotel in France, The Castel-Moor Beach Hotel in Le Croisic, The Metropole Hotel in Switzerland, The Seaborn Cruise line in USA and Carribbean, The Inte Princess in Myanmar and recently at Asara Villa and Suite Hua Hin before moving to Mode Sathorn Hotel Managed by Siam@Siam as the Executive Chef.
