New Executive Chef appointment at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square

Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Christophe Maillard as the Executive Chef.  Christophe-Maillard-2Mr. Christophe is a native French chef who is passionate about cooking, experienced and is a connoisseur of culinary arts from across the globe. He was a member of the French culinary academy and Compagnon du Tour de France.  He has worked with many top restaurants and leading hotels including La Palme d’Or restaurant (2 Michelin stars) at Martinez Hotel in Cannes, France, The Castel Moor Beach Hotel in Le Croisic, France, The Metropole Hotel in Switzerland, on boat The Seaborn Cruise line in USA and Carribbean, The Inle Princess in Myanmar and Mode Sathorn Bangkok hotel before joining Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square.

As Executive Chef of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square with over 30 years of professional experience, chef Christophe is in charge of overseeing all the F&B outlets.

  1. Great story! A few years ago I took my then 1 yr old daughter to my community garden to pick tomatoes. I set her next to my big bag of freshly picked heirlooms. I turned around to find her eating the biggest tomato, juice dripping everywhere, huge smile on my face and hers.

  2. You and I think alike…I know it’s early, but I think there will be some faily high-profile players leaving the Boys either by mid season or next off season. Those players are Roy Williams or Patrick Crayton and 1 of the three DEs. I would suggest the Boys seriously consider trading for a Kicker (and possibly a few draft picks).
