Red Sky - Oysters from the “Cape Horn” and Alaskan King Crab

Our brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu for 2018 is set to continue all throughout March to April, with our esteemed Chef Christian Ham and his team serving up a memorable Pastoral-inspired menu for THB 2,955++ per person and an optional wine pairing (plus THB 1,999++).

 

This menu, which makes use of only the finest in-season produce imported from around the world, is available exclusively at Red Sky restaurant on level 55 of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.

Red Sky - Pan Seared Sturgeon

After taking your lofty seat (and admiring the sweeping views across the city), this five-course menu begins in style with an amuse bouche followed by Oyster from the “Cap Horn” and Alaska king crab tomato jelly and fennel cream. The centerpiece is a Lamb leg comfit, and Lamb chop, Navarin sauce; Green peas and goat cheese toast, and for afters, enjoy the indulgent caramelized apple, salted butter cream mille-feuille, cognac sauce.

Don’t forget – diners at Red Sky restaurant are free to head up to our rooftop deck one floor above, or take the short elevator ride up to the very top to check out CRU Champagne Bar!
