Join us at Biscotti on October 18th for an evening of decadence as we showcase wines from Piedmont. This Italian region is famous for producing full-bodied, rich red wines including the Barolo known the world over as the “king of Italian wines”.

Prepared exclusively for the evening, Chef Daniele Cason and his team will present authentic cuisine featuring local ingredients that shine when paired with the region’s robust wines. The five-course set menu is paired with wines including the Gavi Sparina, a wine offering great balance between acidity and fruit due to its delayed harvest; the Nebbiolo, a striking, highly aromatic “mini Barolo” hand-harvested and oak-matured; and the Barolo from Gaja, a bright wine with dark fruit, lots of sweet tobacco and ripe plum flavours with great balance.

Chef Daniele’s specially-created menu will remain available until October 27th. Select from the à la carte option or indulge in the five-course set menu featuring regional specialties. A selection of Piedmont wines will also be available to take you on a journey and discover the range of flavours authentic to the region.

Wine-pairing dinner for one night only, October 18th 7 pm at Biscotti. Priced at THB 4,300 per person inclusive of wine pairing. Limited seating, advance reservation required.
